This is a decoration that can only be obtained by completing the Treasure Hunt with the Treasure Maps. You must first find some of the "Blood Stained Treasure Maps" and/or "Decrepit Treasure Maps" (which drop as loot), and then dig up the buried treasure chests. This map has a chance to drop as loot from the buried chests.
