Freshwater Fishing Level

Freshwater Fishing Level is determined by your base level (see Freshwater Fishing skill) and by using any items that have the Freshwater Fishing Level effect bonus.

In other words, the Freshwater Fishing Level effect from an item temporarily adds additional levels to those already achieved by your Freshwater Fishing skill.

The higher your Freshwater Fishing Level, the greater your chance of catching fish in Freshwater (especially rare fish).
