Increases success chance when fishing in saltwater.
This skill determines your base Saltwater Fishing Level. You can add to your overall Saltwater Fishing Level by using certain items (see Saltwater Fishing Level for details). The higher your Saltwater fishing level, the greater your chance of catching fish in Saltwater (especially rare fish).
