Summons an Ice Elemental.
This spell summons an Ice Elemental. This Magic Summons has a "Freeze" attack (an attack that does damage, and if you have Water Magic Specialization it also has chance to decrease the Move Rate of the enemy). If you have water specialization, the ice elemental can apply a slowing debuff on the target (-0.2% Move Rate on the target per each additional level of Water Magic Specialization). If your water specialization is zero (unlearned), the the debuff has no effect on the target (i.e. no change in target's move rate).

- Increasing Summon Ice Elemental level lowers the focus cost and fizzle chance.
