Ring of Cat's Grace, Common can be obtained by completing the Daily Quest offered by Caravaggios Wolf. ^[1] It also drops from the creatures listed above, although it is most likely to drop from Clockwork Attack Cats (with higher tier cats having a higher drop rate).^[2]

The Imbued Jewel of the Cat can be socketed into a non-artifact crafted Ring and Necklace items, with the recipe Recipe: Imbued Jewel Socketed Ring or Amulet.
