Obsidian Band has a chance to be obtained as loot from Pyre, Lord of Fire in The Breach, from Tier 15 Fire Elementals, and rarely from hidden chests in the Hilt Fortress (see Obsidian Forge Recipes for the locations of these chests).^[1]
